It is simple to say that living a life of an Industrials with full luxuries, full freedom and no one being boss to you is as interesting and easy likewise to do your daily routine job. But, somewhere only the people who are living the life of an entrepreneur, owner of some organization or being some Business magnet can understand that giving equal proportion of time to your work and to your family is the toughest job they you have to perform daily. The people working under can only see the creamy layer and can never understand that the hardest part is dividing the time for all.

A person enriches with the best skills and qualities even feel helpless when it comes to carry three things – WORK, FAMILY and above all SELF. Giving time to yourself is the most important part of your day, your life. An entrepreneur is not just a boss, is not just a family man but of course is a human being first and for sure he need time for himself as well. Giving different, thinking different and to be the perfect one is not that easy. The mind has to do his work for 24X7. An entrepreneur has to pay his full attention all the time to his work, his family, the society. To being social, he should be as active and to gather all information in terms of his business insights, political and non-political reviews and many more.

Being an entrepreneur is about taking risks. Without bold moves; there is no progress. And yes — it is important to be wise in the decisions you make as an entrepreneur. The clients need the special attention – of course they are the major strength of your organization. One wrong decision can lead towards the failure and an end to the road. Similarly, your staff need as well need attention. Being not aware of what’s going on within the staff can also be harmful.

Some points I believe can be helpful to be a perfect Entrepreneur:

TO BE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT – As per Joseph Masi, a mind-body fitness coach based in New York, being physically fit is the most important thing. If you are unwell with anything; your mind and body will not allow you to work actively. According to an ancient proverb: – Healthy mind resides in a Healthy body.

AVOID 24X7 WORKING SCHEDULE: – Working for the betterment of your organization is good and it is the best way to set up an example for your employees. But working 24X7, 365 days a year is the biggest mistake. The results can be fruitful, but still not is not satisfying as you desired. Life is about equilibrium. Ensuring you make time to have fun and connect with friends and family will keep you sane and productive. An entrepreneur, who takes time off to let their brain rest and to attend to the other areas of their life, will have a greater clarity when faced with business challenges.

TRUSTING YOUR DECISIONS: – Many a time it happens that you will doubt about your decision that would it be right enough or not. Be confident and sure with your conscience and go ahead with your remarks. A decision taken from a true conscience and in the well-being of the company can never be wrong.

KNOWING THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU: – Yes, a best way to make you and your organization the most successful one. Yet, it is not possible for an entrepreneur to meet their each and every employee but still with the help of general meetings and sessions they can be in touch with them. This can make their employees aware that their employer is equally concern for them as for his organization. This will make them more conscious to show their trust and honesty through their committed work. Try it out, this is really working.

THE WIN-WIN SITUATION: – Getting victory through all your project can be a proof of your being the most luck, but in case if this win-win situation doesn’t appears just let the things go. Sometimes letting go is the key to success. To let go doesn’t mean an entrepreneur has to become lazy or irresponsible or a failure. But, it give some time off to think over again and then to control the situation accordingly. After all, there’s no way any of us can control every aspect of our business. Sometimes things are out of our control.

This is really what the life of an entrepreneur goes thru and sometimes even more critical and puzzled.
